Yoga – the gift that keeps on giving…

The practice of yoga makes us better companions, friends, daughters, sons, parents, siblings, employees, employers.

  2. Detachment from drama – offering the ability to see things from a greater perspective
  3. Sense of well-being. Chances are, if you’re feeling great, others around you will feel great too.
  4. Flexibility. Flowing with what life delivers to you shows others they can do it too.
  5. Ability to be and live in a more simple manner. Actions speak louder than words. When you make molehills out of mountains, others can see how it can be done.
  6. Ever-growing compassion – for self, and for others. It has a chain reaction, you know…
  7. Harmony with life. Valuing the life of every living thing makes others realize how you value them as well.
