Partner Yoga
There is no giver, there is no receiver.
In partner yoga, all partners are fully engaged
in their own experience. Partner yoga
expands yoga from “me” to “we”
and it deepens the impact of the yoga practice.
(Partners can be romantic or simply friends. )

each partner experiences more energy
than he or she contributes and many
subtle lessons of relationship are
demonstrated. Each learns how to
give and take, to brace and embrace,
and to literally bend over backward

a way for us to “pay it forward.”
Classes are open level, donation-only,
a terrific way to give yoga a try,
