Class Rates
Walk-in class rate – $15.00.
Class packages available via my ONLINE STORE.
All levels of experience & flexibility are welcome.
- Arrive a few minutes early – give YOURSELF the gift of arriving non-hurried!
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
- Tell me about ANY limitations or problems you are experiencing.
- Medical challenges? You MUST check with your Doctor FIRST and give me the release!
- LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Only do poses comfortable for you!
- Bring your own yoga mat.
- Class will include a delicious guided Savasana (resting pose) at the end. Plan to stay the entire duration of the class. This resting pose is vital to your body’s innate wisdom. ***Advise me ahead of time if you must leave early to avoid disruption to other students.***
